New color theme for Codelite

Hello,

I've created a C++, cold hues, relaxing dark mode color theme for Codelite. Its name is Eran Weed Garden
I include a screenshot.

Import it with Settings > Colours and Fonts > Import from ZIP file. My font here is JetBrains Mono, 9.

I've also modified the Workspace tab svg icons for c++, c++ headers and xml/rc resource files to match the theme and in addition, made those smaller to look less conspicuous.

Simply copy the contents of the zip file into C:\<ProgramInstallationDirectory>\CodeLite\svgs\dark-theme
