I have a suggestion.
I tried again to save a project as a template. The result wasn't useful (to me at least) since directory structure doesn't get copied. Instead it gets forced into flat directory structure.
Seems like it wouldn't be hard to copy the directory structure into the template directory. I have suspicions that the reason this isn't done is back when this was implemented codelite wasn't as good at using relative paths in the project/make files. So converting to a flat directory struct was easiest.
Anyway, yet another suggestion from the peanut gallery.
