Improved Gizmos plugin

Hi,
here is improved Gizmos plugin (more exactly New wxWidgets project wizard). The changes include:
- Two new project types (frame-based and dialog-based GUI application with wxFormBuilder support)
- Optional usage of Windows resources
- Optional usage of precompiled headers
- Ability to use static/dynamic wxWidgets libraries
- Ability to use universal wxWidgets libraries
- Ability to set prefered wxWidgets version
- Ability to set prefix path to wxWidgets installation
The plugin was tested on Ubuntu 9.04 with wxWidgets 2.8.10 and Windows XP SP3 with wxWidgets 2.8.9.
