Is it possible to integrate a viewer of the gprof output in call graph format like Gprof2Dot (http://code.google.com/p/jrfonseca/wiki/Gprof2Dot) ?

I think that it can be interesting to have this functionnality in your tool.

It just needs time, you can submit a feature request or try to integrate it yourself into codelite
