Eclipse colour theme website is down since long.
Where else can I get plug in.
Or
Can I get theme from anywhere ?

The site is indeed down for sometime... ( I did not test the site for a while now)
However, you can download the XML files from GitHub project, for example:
https://github.com/eclipse-color-theme/ ... eme/themes
Download the XML file and import it into CodeLite
