little problem with settings

good day.

i have a little settings disappearing problem every time after i've upgraded CodeLite IDE.
these settings are located in "build settings" -->"build systems". for example, the option "build tool" gets turning back to its default value "/usr/bin/make" in spite of the fact it's been set to "/usr/local/bin/gmake" before upgrading CodeLite IDE version.

ps: the same is true for "Debugger Settings" options.
