Code refactoring doesn't work for ctors and dtors

Hi Eran,
I noticed that code refactoring/generation for class constructors and destructors doesn't work in CL SVN 4326. For example, if declared in class header without implemenatation, CL doesn't recognize them as un-implemented functions for "Code generation/Refactoring->Add Function Implementation..." or "Code Generation/Refactoring->Implement all Un-implemented functions...".
