Restore layout, debug window missing tabs

In Windows 7 64.
I in the debugger window, I detached the watch tab and moved them to my second (extended) monitor. On restarting Codelite and the debugger, the watch tab is gone. Can't get it back.

Can someone tell me how to restore the default layout for Codelite. The instructions on the Codelite FAQ said:
Remove the file <CODELITE_INSTALL_PATH>/config/liteeditor.xml

That file is not there, so that didn't work.
