exernal tool "CMD.exe" can not popup the CMD WINDOW

1、In win 8.1 and win 10 , running the external tool "cmd.exe" can not popup the CMD window with codelite v8.1 & 8.2 .
2、The CMD window out is captured by codelite "output" tabpage , but the Send button is disable in codelite "output" tabpage。
