CodeLite and MacOS High Sierra

Hello to all.
I am a new user of CodeLite IDE. My system is: High Sierra (10.13.3) and CodeLite 12.
I have two problems:
(1) I can not enable the built in terminal emulator; the corresponding option is simply disabled.
(2) When I build and run a program, two terminal emulators emerge (cf. attached screenshot)
Any ideas? Thank you all in advance.
