IDE doesn't save settings after restart

OS: Windows 10 LTSC
APU: Ryzen 3500U + Vega 8
RAM: 12 Gb
IDE Version: Stable 14.0.0 x64
IDE opens setup wizard every time i start.
When I try to setup with wizard looks like program didn't load themes: and when I finish setup and click "Finish" button, IDE crashes without any error and restarts.
What I did:
Delete/Install x64/x86 versions
Clear %appdata%/codelite
