Hi!

I have installed codelite on three Lubuntu (Ubuntu with LXDE) machines, 14.04, 15.04, 15.10. I have gotten hellow world to work on 1, and just now a second. I was getting a message in the terminal "/usr/bin/codelite_exec 22: /usr/bin/codelote_exec: ./TestPr:'

I have looked online. I have consequently installed build-essentials, gcc, and g++. It now works on a second machine (and I am hopeful that it will work on the third after I do these as well)

It would be very helpful if you included these steps in your installation directions. It may be obvious to you, but to me, who doesn't use C++ very often, it would have saved a lot of time.
