Override/Ignore commands

Before I start, I am using CodeLite 12.0 for Mac.

I have been using CodeLite for a few days and it has been really convenient for me.
However, I keep getting the error "Overriding commands/Ignoring commands" and I can't build and run the program.
I've tried deleting the files, rewriting all the files, but is not working for me.
Can anyone help me out here?
