Unable to build Codelite from source

Hello everyone,
I am trying to build codelite from source following the steps provided in the Github page.

I am doing this in Mac OS Monterrey. Everything goes well until I run: make -j8. When i run the command it goes up to about 30% and then I get the errors depicted in the photo. The build stops and I am left sad and unsatisfied. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.
I know I can install from brew but I want to try doing through source.
When I do install from brew I can't get wx-config to work. So I am hoping that since building from source bundles everything it may work better.
