Lost user setting upon upgrading

I lost all my setting when upgrading to the latest version of codeblock.
Is that a bug or a feature of codelite.
Please do something about that, because I don't want to resetup codelite when upgrading.

It was needed for this version due to major changes in the infrastructure area which required this.

I recently switched to codelite from codeblock so I made a typo
Anyway, now I understand that the settings only reset if necessary.
