Build environment switching works incorrectly.

Hi Eran,
I noticed a strange behavior in CL 4091. I have default build environment (environment variables) set in Settings->Environment Variables and specific build environment set in a workspace. If I open the workspace with custom environment variables then the active build environment is changed correctly. But after switching to next workspace with default environment the previously set custom environment stays set in CL and, moreover, also default environment defined in Settings->Environment Variables is changed to the custom one (it means the custom environment is selected in the choice control).
