Is outline view hidden by default?How to get it shown?

I installed latest version:codelite_4.0.5589-ubuntu0-11.10_amd64 to my
loptop,but outline view didn't get shown by default.Pressing hot key
"shift+control+o" can bring it up.
How can get it shown and dock it like

Enable the plugin SymbolView plugin from:

Plugins -> Manage Plugins -> SymbolView
Restart codelite

This one is from a very old codelite - this tab is no longer available. The SymbolView plugin replaced it

FWIW, in the coming weeks, this plugin will be deprecated as well in favor of a new and simpler implementation
