Abbreviation Plugin Improvements

Patch contains:
1. Improvement of settings dialog - no need to save each one expansion separately - now all changes are saved by clicking "Save" button. "Cancel" button cancel all changes;
2. New behavior - Immediate insert expansion of abbreviation (new option in settings dialog);
3. Empty lines not cutting;

Your patch is lacking, it contains only the Abbreviations plugin code, however I am getting compilation error here
Did you also modify ieditor.h and / or cl_editor.cpp ?
